Because TLC Home Health Care is a small, locally owned healthcare agency, we are able to provide our clients with care plans that meet their individual needs.

Our Director of Nursing oversees all of our cases, and works with our clients and their families to adapt the care plan as needs change over time.

Our services range from non-medical care that aims to make life easier for our clients, to 24/7 skilled nursing care. Some of our clients only need us for a few hours; others need us around the clock.
